Mark is the Co-Founder and CEO of BOXFO. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University and spent the last 18 years in medical device development. He spent much of his career in start-up companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and started his first medical device company in 2016. He has an innate instinct to create and a true entrepreneurial drive. His experience has required him to learn true leadership, manage businesses in a highly regulated environment, and bring life-sustaining products to the US market. Mark was seeking a new adventure and challenge, which is why he started BOXFO. He found a need in the market through his world travels and personal experiences and decided to apply his background to revolutionize how people receive and manage their mail and packages. Mark’s hobbies include training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, riding motorcycles, and traveling the world.

Shilo is the Co-Founder and COO of BOXFO. She spent 20 years in the banking industry and worked her way up to upper management positions during her tenure. She managed teams of people and ensured operations and regulations of the industry were always followed. She holds an associate’s degree and has a keen sense of attention to detail and organization. Shilo is an avid investor in real estate, and her business background is rooted in real estate rental and management. She started BOXFO because of her passion for customer service, travel, and a desire to fulfill her entrepreneurial spirit. Her favorite pastimes include spending time at the beach in Southern California, hosting family gatherings, traveling across the world, and doting over her dog Bentley. She enjoys trying out new recipes and entertaining family and friends.
